Survey Branding

Survey Branding is unique to each client and a ticket for Dev is required to add/update any branding to surveys.

Please see fields below for information required on the ticket:

Client and Client ID: 
Survey questionnaire:
Survey link:
Client logo:
Header background colour:
Background image:
Main background colour:
Button colour: 
Font type:
Font size:
Font colour:
Icon colour: 

KEY THINGS TO NOTE
Client logo: to be provided as a high quality original .jpeg/.png image, ideally with transparent background.
Background image: to be provided as a high quality original .jpeg image. Min. size 1920px (width) by 1080px (height).
Colours:
      - Specific RBG/Hex codes.
      - Header background colour is the banner at top of page where client logo is displayed.
      - Main background colour is the panel colour where survey questions/answers are displayed.
Font type and size:
      - This should either be free, or should be provided with the correct licence. You can check if a font is free by using ChatGPT.
      - This should be provided in a web format (eg .woff2, .otf, .ttf or .woff)
- If updating existing branding, please note which of the above is staying the same.

Alert
A minimum of 2 weeks is required for any branding, so please advise the client appropriately.
