1. If client information is clear what the changes should be, action any branch updates in Hive> Branches> Groups.
2. If client has provided a full updated structure, download the Branches & Users report with the following columns: Branch Name, Branch Code, Region, Area.
3. Crosscheck our current set up with the new structure from the client and action changes in Hive> Branches> Groups.
4. Create any new users needed and send Hub welcome email.
5. Retire any users needed.
6. Update existing users to reflect changes.
7. Double check branches work by re-downloading the Branches & Users report with the same columns and crosschecking this with the client file. N.B. the Hive> Reports update once per day at 7am.
8. Double check users work by downloading the Branches & Users report with the following columns: User name, Region, Area, Branch Name, Hub Access, PDF.
