We can add pass/fail (bonusing) to visit reports in three ways; by question, by visit score or with 'Top Box rate'. By questions and by visit score are the 2 most commonly used.
Whichever route the client decides to go down, the pass/fail will be displayed in the datasheets showing as 1 or 0 for individual visits and as a % achievement rate in Key Measures. Please follow these steps to add them to the visit reports:

Pass/Fail By Question
1. Add bonus threshold to
questionnaire (e.g. 60%).
2. Tag selected questions to "Include in bonus".
3. Bonus is achieved if ALL tagged questions score above the threshold.
4. Can be added to Pandora to
show on the visit report (like Pret).

Pass/Fail By Visit Score
1. Add bonus threshold to
questionnaire (e.g. 90%). See image above.
2. Bonus is achieved if the visit score is above the threshold.
3. Can be added to visit report by adding a dev ticket.

Top Box Rate
1.
Apply 'Top Box' analysis tag to any qualifying questions (e.g. for PEX: Speed,
Attentiveness, Taste). Can only be used for questions which have multiple
answer options.
2. Top Box for an tagged question is achieved when the score is 100% (or more
commonly 5/5).
3. Top Box rate for a visit or number of visits is the average of the Top Box
rate for all tagged questions.
4. Client decides the threshold on which they wish to apply bonus.

Please note, once set up is complete, a ticket needs to be added for Dev to add the client to the pass/fail table to enable this to work.
