Testing Partner Imports

For partners Second To None and Onion Insights, we are unable to test these ourselves and a ticket to the Product will be required to test these imports.

For all other partners that use ShopMetrics:


2. Open Windows PowerShell ISE - this can be searched for in the search bar on your Windows Taskbar.


3. Find the relevant PowerShell script in the folder \\APACHE\Websites\QA\HGEM.VisitDataImporter - this folder pathway can be copied into the File Explorer.

This folder requires your 'old' HGEM credentials from pre-migration.

4. Open the script


5. Copy the contents of the script into PowerShell ISE


6. Run the script


7. If the importer runs successfully, it will state it is creating visits and what visit IDs have been created.

8. If the importer fails, there will be a file pathway shown for an excel file that contains the data that was just extracted from the API. copy this pathway into File Explore to open the excel file. You can then use this to cross check the question IDs from the partner vs the mapping file.
