Pret has automated weekly reporting created via Logic Apps on a Wednesday and Thursday.

Wednesday Schedule
  1. 4am - Asia Area and Region report.
  2. 11am - UK, US & EU Area report and UK, US & EU Region report.
Thursday Schedule
  1. 8am - Asia Area, Region, Bonus and IT report.
  2. 4.30pm - UK & US Ops report, Delivery report, UK, EU & US Area & Region reports, Global report, and IT report.
  3. 5pm - UK, EU & US Bonus report.
A copy of all reporting is sent to pret@hgem.com.

Distribution List
The distribution list for these reports is managed by Support and run in by the BI Team. The file can be found in SharePoint: Z Drive> Pret a Manger> Reporting Distribution List.

To make an update, you need to remove or add the recipients from the relevant list, ensuring to highlight the changes in a different colour to make obvious. For example:


A ticket then needs to be added for Reporting, under category 'Delivered Reporting'.
Detail which report needs to be updated, the desired deadline if any, and link the distribution list. Example ticket is below:
