1. Using the ticket information, open the visit report in Admin.
2. Add the visit time.
3. Add 0 to Client Charge.
4. Check for any missing answer options and select these as needed.
5. Sense check comments on any questions that did not score the top answer.
6. Add diner feedback.
- You can choose “Thank you for completing this visit” and score 10.
7. Save report as reviewed.
8. If actioning this on a Wednesday for the previous period, you will need to communicate the report.
There are some visits that you will not receive a ticket for as they are on the 'Eat In' questionnaire: IN Brady House, IN DLF Promenade Mall, IN Infiniti Mall Andheri, IN Mall of Millennium and IN Palladium. Please check these separately. You can get the visit time if required from the photo time stamps.
