Reviews are imported into the Hub at set times of the day.
For all sources on ReviewTrackers, the import runs 5 times a day collecting reviews left in the last 24 hours:
5:15am
9:15am
1:45pm
5:15pm
9:15pm
For clients that are using an S3 Bucket for Deliveroo reviews, they are imported twice a day at 10am and 3.19pm.
Note that there is a difference between channels. Integrated channels like Google and Facebook will update at each of the above times. But for a channel like TripAdvisor, ReviewTrackers itself will only get updated once per day - usually in time for either the 5:15 or 9:15 updates.
Visit date = date the review was posted.
Date added = date the review was added to our database.
If a review is amended, changes in text or score, we update it, but do not amend the date.

Please note that the reviews when imported are available in the Inbox immediately, but will need a Hub refresh before appearing on data reports.
