Submitting a Query for a Validator Error
Adding queries allows AQ to track overall validation quality and spot trends that need to be addressed to prevent further errors. It is therefore important that queries are added each time there is a clear error on a report, for example:
- The comment does not reflect the score.
- The score is not top marks, but there are no suggestions for improvement or reasons for the lower score.
- Briefing notes have not been followed, leading to an incorrect score.
- The reimbursement/client charge has been input incorrectly.
