Visit auto creation

Clients who have monthly visits with the same criteria can be opted into visit auto creation. This means once we have set this up on the Hive, the system will automatically create the visits.
Alert
Some things to note with visit auto creation:
  1. You can only do this if the client is opted into period auto creation - periods can only be automatically created monthly, which is why the visit auto creation won't work for quarterly or weekly visit schedules.
  2. The schedule is set to run at 7am each day - if you need to check visits or put them on hold, you will need to choose to create these visits On Hold and then release them when ready.
  3. If you have already manually created visits for the period then the auto create will add additional visits.
  4. You can only add one visit per branch.
